    Not based on staff (who are great) but on upper management. Please have opening hours that the working public can work with. This isn't the 1800s and the unions shouldn't rule your working hours. 11 to 7 daily would suffice instead of 9 to 5.

    This place is a constant source of frustration. On numerous occasions I have had parcels delivered to the Post Locker here, but I am not notified therefore I can't pick it up. I have commenced disputes with some sellers because of this. It is always the same weak story from them, problem software blah blah blah. USELESS!!! I have had parcels delivered to the store with no notifications as well. They are PATHETIC!!

    I have never had a good customer service experience here. I would give them negative stars if I could based on how rude, insulting and incompetent the staff are. Not surprised that others have left scathing reviews. Avoid if possible.

    Useless staff, can't find packages, redirecting mail incorrectly with wrong names, no idea whats going on most of the time or just dont care a bunch of oxygen thieves.
