  Was told by staff that they "do not do the takeaway menu at lunchtime" despite the fact that they have done it before. This has to be the worst service I have ever received from this franchise and it seems that the service you receive is dependent on the whims of whomever answers the phone.

  Very good Customer Service. We had a lovely Smashed Avo Original meal. Presentation of meal was excellent. Plenty of good seating area available. Plenty of good room to cater for Disabled people.

  Young staff tried but service was not great. Ordered a "chorizo tomato and basil omelette" which didnt have any tomato or basil. Sent it back, came back (half an hour later, i had to follow up with staff) with plain old sliced tomato that looked microwaved and what i suspect was spinach because it had NO flavour. Pretty poor.

  My partner & I have come here quite a few times & every experience we have the quality of the famous chain of Coffee Club gets worse & worse. Food quality is POOR for the price...staff is absolutely rude & can't manage to do their jobs aquaintly & it just gets worse with every visit. We have decided today will be the last time we dine at this Coffee Club inside Brookside shopping centre. Sitting down at our table 20 minutes before we made a decision to order I had asked 3 times for my table to be cleared & I had seen 3 people walk around with their buckets to clear tables & failed to clear ours. It wasn't until we got our drinks after we ordered that our tables got cleared...we didn't have cutlery, no napkins & no sugar & other condements on our table & was told we could find it at the front. Over hearing staff members being absolutely appalling to newer staff members - can actually get out down to bullying which can be quite full on, if taken further. During the meal there were several bits of broken egg shell found within the food as well as hair found amongst the other plate of food which was very off putting!

  Got a passionfruit and mango smoothy and some pancakes. Took forever for the drink to come out and it still had a huge chunk of unblended mango at the bottom. The pancakes were dry as well. Service was not great either.
