  On 15/3 I took a dress I wanted dry cleaned and repaired (the seam was ripped) and a playsuit I also wanted altered (it needed a new clip on the back) to Peerless at Brookside. I paid and the lady there told me my two items would be ready to collect on Thursday 17/3 at 4pm, which is also what it says on my receipt. As I was leaving, she asked if I could wait until Friday. I told her that would be fine. I went to pick up the two items and she handed me only the dress. I told her there was also a playsuit. At first she didn't know what I was talking about then I reminded her. She told me the playsuit wasn't ready and she would call me when it's ready. Just as I was about to leave Brookside, I noticed my dress was still ripped. I went back to Peerless and showed her. She had forgotten that I paid to have it repaired. She said she would call me when it's ready. After not hearing from her for a few days, I went in on 22/3. She said they still weren't ready and would drop them to my house that night. She dropped them off to me and then I noticed that the strap, which hooks in, was missing from my halter neck dress. It is my favourite dress and has been worn only once. I am absolutely disgusted with the unprofessionalism and terrible customer service I have received. And my dress is ruined.

  Always great service here and excellent results. I also bring my designer clothes here including very delicate fabrics and they always do a wonderful job. Great mending service as well

  Over promising and under delivering was my experience. After paying a high price prior to the completion of some alterations and told that it would be ready on a certain day, it wasn't and in fact the garmet was lost when they investigated what was happening to it. It was later found and 6days later the simple hem adjustment complete. No sorry, no refund, zero care. The staff acted in a way that made me think that they must hate their job. Definately not a good image for the company "Peerless". They certainly didn't offer any form of customer service the way a business should operate. I was then spoken to in a disgraceful manner in front of my 4yo daughter. I will never go back!
